Partnership phase 1: - You are charged in days, by the daily estimated salary of a title. We call this [DAY PAY].  - One week before the start of each new month 50% of the monthly estimated salary of a title is charged and then deducted/increased based on that month's workload. We call this [SAFE PAY].  Partnership phase 2: - If a partnership is successful exceeding 3 months of duration it can move into phase 2. - Duration of contracts are made into 6 months commitments for both parties, 3 of those months are paid upfront. The 3 remaining months are charged according to relationship phase 1, at 100%. We call this [TRUST PAY] Partnership phase 3: - If a 6 month commitment is successful and satisfactory, the partnership can move into phase 3. - Duration of contracts are 1 year commitments for both parties, fully paid upfront.

In Partnership phase 1:  - Customer cancellation can be issued immediately but all previous payments are forfeited like [SAFE PAY].  - You will also be charged for any days not paid that the [SAFE PAY] did not cover. - If Wahlstens cancel it will be done with a two weeks notice before the start of the next month. In Partnership phase 2:  - Customer cancellation can be issued immediately but all previous payments are forfeited. i.e. [TRUST PAY]. - You will also be charged for any days not paid that the [TRUST PAY] did not cover. - If Wahlstens cancel it will be done with a two weeks notice before the start of the next month. The remaining months paid by customers will be repaid. In Partnership phase 3:  - Customer cancellation can be issued immediately but all previous payments are forfeited. - If Wahlstens cancel it will be done with a two weeks notice before the start of the next month. The remaining months paid by customers will be repaid.

Wahlstens shall not be held responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from participation in the partnership, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of customers, reputational damage, or other commercial losses. Wahlstens do not guarantee specific results, profits, growth, or outcomes, customers shall not be entitled to compensation for potential damages, losses, or unsuccessful results related to the partnership..
